Chad Johnson could've climbed on the coffee table on the middle of the Best Damn Sports Show Period set Wednesday and yelled at the top of his lungs "Trade me to to Dallas!!!" And he really wouldn't have been much more clear than he was in batting his eyes in the direction of Valley Ranch according to the Dallas Morning News.
"If I end up in Dallas, I would just look at which finger I'm gonna put it on," Johnson declared. "That's it. Ain't no ifs, ands or buts about it."
Johnson said he and Terrell Owens would co-exist on the same team: "It's gonna work," Johnson said. "T.J. (Houshmandzadeh) and Chad Johnson are no different than '81' and '85' because T.J. is a No. 1 receiver. We just happen to be two No. 1 receivers on the same team at the same time. It's no different."

I could see Jerry Jones doing this just because he is Jerry Jones. Plus he kept saying he was looking for that "wow" factor. I don't see Cincy letting CJ have his way, but I have no doubt Jerry Jones is watching this situation with his hand on his wallet. He has always been known to try and go over the top when he thinks he is close to the Super Bowl Again (ie Joey Galloway). Then Again, I'm not sure our Salary Cap can even afford to handle the money his contract would command.

TO and Johnson on the same field... Can you imagin Romo sitting on the bench with both TO and Johnson yelling at him.

It just wont happen. If he is traded (and thats a big if) he will go to a team that doesnt have a true #1 WR.

doing things like this only hurts his situation.

Makes me think of that commercial where the ref is being screamed at and is just ignoring it and the announcers say "Where do you get training for that kind of abuse?" , then it shows the refs wife yelling in his ear at home.

I can see that same commercial except Tony Romo sitting on the couch with Jessica Simpson whining at him.

The Dallas Morning News considers the chances of Chad Johnson becoming a Cowboy "remote."

The chances of Chad going anywhere are remote. Johnson said Wednesday that he wouldn't mind joining Dallas. Beat writer Todd Archer points out that the Bengals are the only team Jerry Jones hasn't dealt with since taking over.

Romo will get a 1 way ticket to nervous breakdown.

That was a great commercial.

They should definatly do a remake with romo, TO, and Jessica.

I love Chad Johnson but this is getting annoying. He has already said he would like to come here, then Redskins and now Cowboys. Whats next? Oakland? C'mon now, why dont you just say you would be willing to go to any winning situation other than Bengals.

If he wants out because hes displeased, this is not the way its going to happen. He needs to be quiet with the media around him and tell Marvin Lewis how he feels about his situation behind closed doors. Be a man about it, teling everyone else but Lewis and co. isnt going to help you get out of Cincy.

Maybe he talked to Cincy already but obviously didn't say enough. He should just go back to Cincinnati and tell them again how he feels.

Come on dude, I wouldn't consider us a winning situation. We are far from that right now

chad can say all he wants to and where he wants to play but that counts for nothing in my opinion, hes an excellent reciever but hes getting too big for his boots and hopefully the owners and coaches will work this out and just let him rot

Why does everyone want to go to Dallas? Chad Johnson, Pacman, Randy Moss was rumored...etc...? Is it because of their success last year? Cause they are "America's Team?" Or is it because of their potential for next year?

Jerry Jones opens up his wallet for high-risk/high-reward types.
