Funny thing is they didn't talk about Henne they talked about Sanchez.

Penny said Sanchez main goal last year as the QB was not to lose games and not get in the way of the success of the team and he did mainly that while also helping the team win a couple games late. He said he knows that Sanchez would like to throw the ball more and have better stats but that he has to sacrifice the betterment of his stats/greater chance for more turnovers because it gives his team a better chance to win.

Basically he said everything we have and that is the team is winning in spite of Sanchez and he is only a game manager.

I can't wait for Junc to spin this one as Junc has stated numerous times that Penny was one of his favoite Jet players. Especially after how he continiously says Sanchez does the exact opposite of what Penny says he does.

In before Junc says that Pennington is relying on stats and doesn't really know how to evaluate a QB...

I don't spin, I present facts. I didn't hear the context Chad said this in but in your post the words don't look bad. I never said mark carried us, I said he had a good 2nd year, he brought us back to win multiple games and he stepped up in postseason. Where am I wrong and how does this conflict w/ what Chad said?

It's funny how you guys always interpret what you think I say instead of reading what I actually post.

Well when we constantly read your posts how Sanchez led the Jets to 2 AFC title games it is pretty easy to see how skewed your view is. Funny that you now choose the word "carried" to try and validate your point.
 
Wish Chad would either coach or do major media. He's probably the most intelligent QB that's ever played in the NFL.

I haven't changed at all, you guys are interpreting what you think I am saying. I stand by everything I have written about mark. if you guys had him you wouldn't have been looking for QBs this offseason.

So what exactly are you saying? Did Sanchez lead the Jets to the playoffs? According to Pennington, no. We all know your feelings on Pennington so are you changing your tune to match Penningtons view?
