Chad Pennington?!?

For what it's worth, driving back from DC this weekend, I heard some weekend host on a weekend talkshow say that if the Jets and Pennington cut ties, he might end up in Miami. Thoughts?

My initial thoughts were ...how about you bring Ray Lucas back, too? And while at it, call up Bill Joe Hobert.

Seriously, though, Pennington might be an upgrade.

As desperate as the Jets are at this point, if Pennington had any chance of returning to form, I think they would try to hold onto him.

Pennington would definately be an upgrade over Gus, for the first quarter of the opening game, I dont see him lasting longer.
