I agree. We have a very intriguing recieving core this year. But their success is going to rely heavily on if the Qb is protected well and consistant. How many times have we gone into camp with good depth at Wr? A select few. But they never fully blossomed because of a lack of a supporting cast. I think this is the year it finally starts to come together.

For some reson I am just as excited about Welker as I am Chambers. Welker is like our hidden secret from last year. The guy has a great feel for the game.

Yes I like Welker as well. That little guy has heart man. I can't wait to see him return some kicks this year.

Your expectations are far too great for the Dolphins. They will be lucky to win 6-7 games. New system, new coahing and no QB. Stop living in a dream world. Sorry to be so blatant.

you forgot the ignorant part as well :ears:

Cahmbers will get his chance to prove to the world that it was always the system and not him. He was right when he said he's got alot to prove.

I think we were talking about the receiving corps, I don't think we were predicting wins\losses. I have no idea what the record's going to be, I want 10-6, but as you've stated, since we're in our first year of the O and D..that puts some plause in the overall hyped feelings of the personnel.

Your Negativitey is only surpassed by your ignorance.

Let us enjoy our "Dream World" while you destroy any optimism we as fans can come up with. You should be proud to take on such a duty.

Besides, this thread is about Wide Recievers, so get back on topic. I think Welker will see more action as a WR this year than most think.

If the OL plays there part and Feeley plays well I agree with you on that.

If the o-line can even crack the top 20 in the league it would help large. That combined with Ronnie running well and that will open up the offense pretty good.

Alot of people favor Booker or even Boston over Chambers but they're basing that on things these guys have done years ago. Chambers is about to get some of the oppurtunitys they've had. ( a chance to catch more than 70 balls ) We all know if he gets those kinda receptions hes gunna amount way more TDs than Booker or Boston Ever dreamed of. Anyways I'd love to have any as our #1 go to guy.

Also some think if Welker can't cut it as a WR he could be let go because Saban will want someone more versatile. Let's not forget this guy makes tackles and is a sufficient replacement kicker. He's the real X-factor.
