I think he has a right to be. Like he said...

''It's very hard to do,'' he said, ``when you've got to go in practice and you're running all these plays -- you're going deep, you're running posts, you're running go [routes] -- and then we get in the game and we don't do it. It builds. It builds.
``But with us winning, I have to stay settled because I'm really more thinking about winning than my own personal success.''

I would be a little frustrated too if I had worked very hard in the offseason, practice and then nothing is thrown my way in the games. You have to think "why did I do all that work?"

Chambers is a good player, if we're going to go on a run, we're going to have to excel at something on offense. Chambers can help us with that.

I love Chambers but we need a new numner 1 receiver. He is not getting it done.

Catch the ball.
Shut your mouth.

The dude is getting PAID to be a football player. Why did he do all that work?? Come on.

i like chambers and all, but he needs to start producing. If he really is a top receiver in the league like we all think he is, he needs to do things that the toip receivers do, such as stop dropping passes and learn how to get open against double teams

Joey has said he 'always knows where WES is' and it shows. He is afraid to challenge the coverage. When he throws Chambers way it is overthrown.

When we need a clutch first down and they dial up CC's number he is open and makes the catch even when it is a poor throw.

Great WR's get double coverage- FACT. Good QB's throw it anyway. Randy Moss has fewer catches than CC. Why? because he is double covered and the QB is too scared to through it there.

Joey has only once thrown a jump ball to CC in double coverage, and he won the battle and scored a TD.

Joey needs to hold the ball half a second longer and then throw it. There are times when CC is open and Joey throws the 3 yard checkdown or tries to rifle it to Wes. he needs to be a tiny bit more patient.

It's unbelievable how some people b!tch on a winning streak. He should be happy that he's drawing attention away from Marty and Wes and giving them opportunities to thrive. Patience, Chris. Your time will come, so shut up and run your arse off!

He better not turn into the next Jeremy Shockey.

I have said in previous posts that im waiting for Chambers to have a break-out game this season. Someone made a point that was relative regarding Chambers, he pointed out Harrington is getting rid of the ball quickly which is his style which doesnt give Chambers much of a chance to go deep. He also thinks that Harrington doesnt look Chambers way as much as he should.
I think thats because Joey has shown to favor McMike, Booker and Welker more. IMO Chambers is getting overthrown too much, as has Booker on occasions.Chambers needs to be moved around more and not stuck out on the sideline. Slot or more motion may suit the Chambers/Harrington partnership.

Shut up Chambers. Step up your game. McMichael, Marty "I slip and fall for fun" Booker, Wes Welker, and even Derek Hagan hasn't had a problem to get open for christ sakes.

Chambers isn't on the top drop list at all. Not in terms of total numbers or percentages.

Excuse me?.. i would love to watch a game this seaon where the announcers aren't pointing out the dropped ball issue.. i dont care where CC is on any list.. He's dropped drive killing balls and crucial times.
To whine like he is.. is pathetic... the only time he 'chooses' to show up is when he gets called out.

There's a reason he isnt seeing the ball.. and its not all joey. Pathetic excuse.

CC just hasn't materialized into a #1 receiver. Gadsden even was more reliable.. and made his share of beautiful catches.

Please... When CC plays like Ward, Smith, even Crebet for crying out loud.. I'll call him a number one... but never does it a full season. HE is as much of the problem ofthe offense as ANY other player.
