CHris Chambers was ranked by ESPN's KC Joyner as the WR who did the least for his team with the opportunities given to him:
"There were two surprises in the highest and lowest success percentages for wide receivers. The lowest success percentage belonged to Chris Chambers (44.8). His 16 drops certainly didn't help, so Chambers is capable of bouncing back. "

Averaged a drop a game, ouch. THe funny thing is that he does nothing to help his QBs and it is the QBs who take the blame. Harrington was a better player for the Dolphins last year than Chambers, JH certainly wasn't the answer but he was better than his number 1 WR. Chambers will be making over $6M next year. If he could be included in any deal to trade up and get a QB, that would be a benefit to the team.
