MiamiDolphins.com reports the current five-year contract extension signed by WR Chris Chambers will have no affect on the team's contract situation with DL Adewale Ogunleye, who remains a training camp holdout while seeking a new deal. "The [Cambers contract] process has been going on for two months and we were finally able to finalize it this morning," general manager Rick Spielman said. "This does not affect the Ogunleye situation. He is a totally separate issue. Adewale is still a guy we are targeting and hopefully we will be able to reach an agreement with him."

It does affect Wally's situation. We just signed the biggest piece of our team that could have been a free agent next year. Now Wally can't sign with another team without compensation given to us.
