It ticks me off knowing how good chambers is but he never gets publicity. He is very consistent and always plays well.I think he is one of the best recievers in the nfl.

Hes not a game breaker.... look at Ownes last night... 5 catches for a 131 yrds...
Distraction.. a cancer.... but on the field a monster..

Chambers has to earn the accolades...
Just like the Phins are getting smacked on the national lever because we arent winning...
You lose.....you get crap respect.

I feel very much the same way about Marty Booker except that it seems even fans of the Dolphins have an ax to grind with him. He found a way to shine even when surrounded by crap in Chicago. That's not a bad trick at all.

Yeah... But we all have seen Chambers. One word: Ridiculous (I mean that in a good way).:)

he not over or under rated.

He is both. He has never gotten 1000 yards but he has never had a QB that is half way decent

i think Chris would be a top-5 WR in the league if he had a Peyton Manning or Donovan McNabb or Daunte Culpepper passing to him. He has the skills, that isn't the problem. He also has some of the best hands in the league.

He just has crappy QB's. I don't think he is underrated though... If anyone is underrated, its Booker.

Boston is overrated, Booker is underrated, and Chambers is just rightttt...!

I cant believe that there was only one person beside myself in the first 5 posts who mentioned the qb sitiuation, chambers is a gamebreaker, or could be one if he had a stud qb, you want to see him become a 1000 yd receiver, trade him to indy or any other team who has a qb, chambers is without a doubt one of the best and athletic receivers in this league, hands down

It's hard to use QB situation on Chambers when there are definitely other receivers in that boat. Look at who Chad Johnson has had throwing to him. Look at Hines Ward. Heck, look at Marty Booker's QBs during his two excellent seasons with the Bears.

Truly great WR transcend the play of the players around them. It may be that Chambers just hasn't flipped that switch, or it might be that he just doesn't have that gear. I think that this season will be an interesting test for him in that regard.

The hit he took in Denver a couple years ago set him back quite a bit. He has an opportunity in Linehan's offense to prove that he can be great, but he has never in his college or nfl career done that. He was promising before the "hit", and now he needs to get over the hump.

There must be 3 different threads going, right now, discussing this very thing. There's really not much to respond here besides mentioning that you are wrong, fundamentally.

He is a very good, tough reciever. You always want guys like that:D
