Ted Ginn will only help this man get more grabs! will the 2005 Chambers, please stand up!

I would think Chambers will rebound this year. Gus was no star, but at least he was consistent. With Trent Green, I think Chambers will be able to get back to having a 1000 yard season.

I think throughout history it's been proven that offensively you don't need a true #1 dominant reciever to win a super bowl. You need a solid o-line, consistent quarterback, dominant running game, and a group of recievers that can play. Chambers can definitely play and I like the formula we are using offensively.

Thats what Ive been screaming. Add in that Ginn will be able to stretch the field and take a safety with him alot of times. I think it sums up with Chambers having a monster season.

Very true. Who was the #1 WR for the pats through any of their SB season? How about the Ravens or the Giants. The 49'ers won SB's before Jerry Rice with Dwight Clark and Freddie Solomon. Common theme here is that the offense worked as an efficient unit.

Another factor will be the likely emergence from Ronnie Brown. I expect Ronnie to have a 1300-1400 yard season, and if he can keep defenses focused on him, that will be another big factor for Chambers returning to form.

as the rest of the offense goes... chris goes.... if we can play like we did in 05'.... with a solid QB.... a 2 headed monster RB duo... and consistent blocking.... more of the 05' Chambers you will see. If Green is a bust and Cleo/Beck isn't ready, along with a struggling line and you'll see more "lack of production" from Chris. Not Even Randy Moss can look good in an offense as bad as we've had.

It all depends on what our OLine does as to what everyone else can do. Green can't throw the ball to Chambers, Ginn, Booker, or any one if there is pressure in his face on every play and Ronnie won't be doing much running if the OL doesn't block. I like the group of young guys we have up front (Satele, Mormino) but can they put it together?

Unfortunately, returning to form is not such a good thing with Chambers. Chambers production is usually dependent on two things...1) an extremely large amount of passes thrown his way and 2) Miami falling far behind their opponent and defenses playing soft against him.

I think it would be for the best if we just realesed or traded him anyway. He has that monster contract and doesnt produce much.
yeah,,okay buddy,sure,whatever you say man.
is it true you really like miami and buffalo??hmmmm, very interesting,,maybe it explains why you want to cut chambers

I agree. If I could give Chambers one piece of advice, it would be to stop worrying about outside influences that he can't control. It seems he worries too much about his QB, his coordinator or other factors that can impact his game where he has no say. I think Trent Green will help him do that and just worry about catching the ball. He's one of the most talented receivers in the NFL, he just needs to let the skills take over and he'll see more quarters like the one in Buffalo in 2005.

Thanks for hijacking another positive thread about Chambers.
