Ross believed in his character, best one he interviewed! too bad he didn't feel the need to find out more, like if he'd actually be the one running the team.

To be fair, this comment has to be from the personnel side of the team. This is so messed up. It might have to be blown up. First time I have said that since 2011.

How about Mangini as GM. Allow Aponte to push the numbers and hire Greg Roman.

Just an idea.

Don't sleep on the fact that maybe nothing has happened because Mangini is knee deep in getting ready for the Packers. Ross cannot touch him until next week.
 
if Sherman is running the team then fire everyone. we don't need a head coach who cant run his own team
