Chargers agreed to terms with OLB Antwan Barnes on a two-year, $3.2 million contract.

GM A.J. Smith fought a late run by the Jets to lock up an underrated situational pass rusher. Barnes earned a positive grade from Pro Football Focus in 9-of-11 games after the Chargers picked him up in October last season.

2 years $3.2 mil and we didn't get involved in that??? thats a joke...we should have been all over that...son of a gun...there was our supplement for koa misi on passing downs

actually im fine we didnt get involved, he really is not that good at all

This is the guy I wanted us to bring in. You have to figure the Dolphins didn't even place a phone call to him considering he signed at that price and he went to high scool and college at Miami. It wouldn't have taken much to convince him to sign here.

if barnes gives you 5-7 sacks on 3rd down as your situational edge rusher you are cookin with gas...he's fully capable of that

i think considering the nfl market that deal for the chargers is a steal...
