Chargers bracing fans for L.T.'s departure...

It's gonna be crazy not seeing L.T. running the rock in SD

Giving a player 2,657 in a span of 8 years will enable him to get these post season injuries. Some of those plays where he ran he was not touched but some others hits will weaken his body over time. He will be in good shape with a team, don't be scared if he runs to New England or if the Patriots try to grab LT. There will be many suitors that he will go to and what better suitor than the team where his old teamates migrated to?

Yeah I don't think he will end up in the Patriots. LT does not like Belicheck and has been pretty harsh on him on the media. There is some pretty nasty history between LT and the Patriots so don't even worry about that.

that will be intresting to see what happends, do you think KC and SD will do a swap? LJ wants out of KC,and LJ and DS will be a good combo, I know its in the same division and not gonna happen but just an idea...

What a disaster that woulod be having let go of Turner the year before.

Darren Sproles is a proven back and earned the respect of Norv Turner by playing rough football.

I find it said that franchise cornerstones aren't allowed to have down years anymore without losing their jobs. Then again, if the players wouldn't demand such silly backloaded contracts, then they wouldn't be in this situation in the first place.

I think players would prefer the money upfront. Both parties sign the deal knowing that the player is never going to see the end of the contract. The life of a NFL running back is short. With teams using a two back system the featured RB is becoming a thing of the past.
