Chargers game is a trap game

No it's not...Tua's got Goff got Kyler...wants to add Herbert and Burrow to his scalps...ain't no trap games with a hungry rookie on the rise who actually cares about improving... if they lose to SD(lol LA) it won't be because they took them lightly...SB contenders fall to trap games...ain't no games off if you're Miami

Herbert got banged up (leg injury) in his game, I hope he plays because head to head I like Tua in that matchup, Doesn't have a anywhere near the weapons Herbert has in L.A but I think this defense can get to him if he is slowed down and I want to see what herbert is going to do in this matchup its a big game for him and i'd like to see if he can hold up to the pressure people are going to put on him going against Tua..

I know Tua can handle pressure but we will find out if Herbert can too.

I don't think this team has gotten far enough along to even really have trap games. Still, i understand the sentiment. Im not worried about the team themselves getting caught unaware. Thats not a Flores thing and you can bet our rookie qb is well aware of what the guy drafted behind him has been doing.

The Chargers aren't a walkover opponent. Nearly all their loses have been by a small margin in the 4th. They've consistently put up 30. Just today against a team with equal record to ours a receiver had the game winning pass in his hands the last two plays. Their young qb has frequently had dynamic performances until one crucial mistake opens the door, and then he struggles at sealing the deal. That isn't always bound to play out. Between the qb and receivers there will be some moments like we've had against good offenses. The team will have to be ready to answer and perform.

No it isn't. This team isn't strong enough overall to overlook anyone in this league right now.
This. No easy games plus I'm sure Flores wouldnt allow the players to take their foot off the pedal. AFC East is there for the taking if they want it. Chasing the Bills is a challenge in itself and an incentive to win the East.

If Herbert goes off on this defense, then I'll definitely give him props...

I haven't watched much of Herbert, but I know what this team does to non mobile QB's.
I've seen several finheaven posters claim that Herbert has better weapons, but yesterday, Miami receivers came down with catches that Chargers receivers didn't, and Miami won by 3, while the Chargers lost by 5.

The Chargers must feel cursed, man. Herbert has been playing well, but they just barely lose week after week.

Stat line hero, game day zero. Herberts stats look great but if you watch him he just doesn’t make the play when he needs to. He’s had multiple chances in 3-4 of his games in final drives to win and just can’t come up clutch and he also has them up big then can’t continue to lead his team to drives to maintain the lead. Think at one point they were up 24-3 on denver And they end up losing 30-31. I mean I don’t think the defense helps but think he’s getting a little overhyped. He’s playing very wel for a rookie but still has major room to improve. It’ll come eventually but I’m not ready to crown him best rookie qb yet when Tua is just getting warmed up.

He made the same passes Tua did. The difference is that his receivers didn't make the catches. Granted, I didn't watch the game, just the highlights

You probably watched the entire game though, right?

I think both Tua and Burrow are a little better than Herbert. I doubt that Miami takes anybody lightly. We need to keep that winning streak going.
