Tight end Bill Cronin wore this number during the Dolphins’ inaugural season in 1966, but it would be another 20 years before another Dolphin would wear it – linebacker Andy Hendel in 1986. The number never really found a home with one particular player. In fact, only two members of the Dolphins wore the jersey for more than three years – defensive ends Marco Coleman (1992-95) and Ryan Baker (2009-12).

question, didn't Jason Taylor wore the 90 in his first couple of years ? Or was it 96 he wore ?
 
Good. He can be the guy we remember at that number if he fulfills his potential.

The only time the dancing queen didn't wear 99 was after he fled for Washington and he wore #55 while we won 11 games before he came crawling back only to leave again for the ****ing Jets.
 
Coleman and Ogunleye were both studs. I was so mad when Pornstache traded Gun.

You seriously can't blame him for that can you? You're one of the few on these forums who don't seem to appreciate what JT was to this franchise.
 
JT was great for this franchise but he also turned his back on this franchise at one point.
 
Saban and Cameroon ruined the Dolphins, but Parcells didnt get the job done and the smell of pizza gas still remains in Shulas office.
 
Where did you see this? Can't find it anywhere. Looking for other jersey numbers. I hope McMilllan takes 52 and Tankersley probably takes 24.

To be fair, he got run out by Parcells ... he wanted to be here, Parcells didn't want him here.
 
I liked charles harris at Missouri, He is a quality pass rushing defensive end.
