Or how about Carl Peterson or Bill Polian?

But seriously These men are probably being considered by somebody somewhere. What are the pros and cons of each.

And of the three who would you rather have.

Me I say Bill Polian or Charley Casserly, leaning toward Charley if he wants it. He was right about Reggie Bush.

You could of atleast said Mike Mayock. Casserly doesn't even watch football like that, he's seems like such a poser on the NFLN. He comments on guys he doesn't even view on film. He's a former GM, and yet, instead of sending somebody like Heath Evans out there to time the 40 yard dash, they send this guru out there to do it. What a joke Casserly is. Houston did nothing with him as the GM. They started to prosper after he left.
 
I don't see it that way he built the team them he got canned due to them not wanting the same players. And look how that turned out.
 
Mike Mayock has never been a GM, miami doesn't need anyone working in the OJT position .

True, but that shows you what I think of Casserly. We need a guy in the front office that has top notch player evaluation skills. Mayock has that, which is why I'd take him over Casserly.
 
Nobody is looking at these guys we are going to be rolling with Ireland next year. There are not a ton of holes to fill

Oline-Can be filled during FA LT will be the biggest and maybe another guard
Resign Grimes, Soliai
Maybe a replacement for Clemons...maybe Jarious Byrd :ponder: (wont happen but im wishing)

Its not as bad as people think,and it comes down to coaching and what they get out of their players.
 
Maybe... I do like Mike Mayock, he is knowledgeable. But seriously it is probably going to be Carl Peterson. Who everybody hated dealing with.
I fear that will be a very bad situation.

He built a team that got David Carr destroyed 77 times. The only time i think he had success was with the Redskins and Synder screwed him, when he a ton of picks setup for the following year and they were given away. They started signing old ass FA right after they made the playoffs the previous year.
