I think he would make a fine headcoach with a great sense of offense. He's currently the headcoach of Notre Dame, and I don't even know if it's possible since I'm unaware of contract situations. However, he was a great offensive coordinator for the Patriots and I don't think we would have to worry about the college relationship that drove Saban back to the college game. If I had to take a guess, I would think he would prefer an NFL headcoaching position than a college one. Is there a reason why his name isn't circulating around the vacant headcoaching jobs? Has he flat out said he's not leaving the Irish?
