If Charlie is fired from ND, does it look like a good fit for him to come to Miami? I say yes. Correct me if Im wrong but he is a parcells guy correct. He has one of the most creative minds in PRO Football and the players here fit his scheme.
Theres a strong armed QB from Michigan
Theres a huge O-line that is young and performs well as a group
Theres 2 strong down himm runners
15 TE
get a WR or 2 and I think he can turn the Offense into something special.

I would not be suprised to see Henning retire again and Charlie here in place.

what you guys think?

I think he's a great coordinator and he's a better NFL guy than a college guy by far. But I'm happy with Dan Henning for now. If Charlie came in he'd move away from the Wildcat completely.

He's more belichick guy. he got his break under BP but BP stripped him of playcalling duties in 1998 w/ the jets and he left the Jets to go w/ BB rather than stay w/ BP after the '99 season and he testified against BP in the griveance over the BB situation w/ the Jets.

Won't happen. Charlie and Rex Ryan in the same stadium could create a sinkhole.

i think weis would go back to the patriots..he left on good terms..he didn't have moss or welker when he was there..

I think we have one of the most creative minds in pro football right now...

and all everyone here can do is ***** why don't they just line up in I-formation and run it every time?? :(

No!

In another post I think I said there was a 5% chance of Weis coming to Miami. He'd be a huge upgrade, though.

I think there's a 75% chance we get Romeo, and I'm excited over that prospect.

David Lee will be a good OC for us. I think he will shine where Henning sometimes leaves us scratching our heads. Not to mention I'd rather not the players have to adapt to a different offensive scheme.

If we brought in Weis or Crennel it would save wear and tear on Crowder as he wouldn't be giving up 200lbs in a street fight with Ryan.
