Chase Edmonds Stinks

It was a bad drop. I think we would have won that game if we would have gotten a TD there instead of a FG.

Not sure how you fix the dropsies. I would think doing some simple pitch and catch screens would do it but really have no idea. I would think sitting though would make it even worse.
Right perhaps. But for how long do you allow this to continue?

I hear you. I don't know how to fix it either. Ball Psychologist? Just hope it all resolves sooner than later.

Good news is that Mostert is looking pretty good right now so benching Edmonds on passing downs is viable.

Yeah, I was not expecting such poor showings from him. Not sure why he suddenly can't catch in particular.

Wanna kill a drive? - let Chase Edmonds run the ball or through a pass to him. What kills me is twice last night they gave him the ball 2 times in a row and both times he flubbed it including the 4th down play. I'm all for giving guys a chance but this guy is absolutely terrible. They guy is kryptonite to the Dolphins offense. Please remove him.

it is one of them.

and he will show it before the end of the season.

Time to cut your losses on this one. Safe to say he's not a good fit and a massive overpay ... just like many of us thought after the signing. He should be 4th on the depth chart at this point. Total liability.

disagree, baby.

he will turn it around this season.

Mostert has been a pleasant surprise, though!

It does look mental ... which is almost worse. That kind of thing typically doesn't get fixed in season. He prob needs an offseason to figure out where those yips came from.

a good week of practice, one solid game, and we'll be rolling.

I admire the confidence but he looks lost out there. How many touches do we give him to bounce back at our own detriment? How many points do we sacrifice ... how many games do we lose? You get the idea but I don't think we can sacrifice it, hoping he'll bounce back. The bench may have the perspective he requires.

once Mostert got the starting nod, Edmonds rarely saw the field.

it's been a good stretch of games now that he has not really been involved.

Edmonds was good in AZ, I was actually excited when we got him, but he has a bad case of the drops and i dont know why. Im down for giving Gaskin more PT and cutting bait with Edmonds as we need cap relief next year. Or trade him for some OL or DB help.

My point is Gaskins should be getting those touches while Edmunds tries to figure out what the hell is going on. Guy went from being a starter to 3rd string, behind someone averaging 2.8 yac who can't catch. Ouch.

Edmonds and Wilson are 100% goners.

He's 100% gone after the year. It's set in stone already.

$6 Million getting added to our 2023 cap space, I'm salivating.
