Chat... Beating a dead horse

So I know that chat is controlled by a third party and that FinHeaven doesn't have any control over trouble shooting. I was wondering though, is there anyway we can report problems to the company that does do the trouble shooting? Chat has been buggy ever since the draft and with the season just around the corner it would be nice to know that chat will work properly during the games.

This is true, we need to either find a way to troubleshoot it (I know finheaven can't control it) or switch to a different chat system, because it's getting unbearable.

So far I love the new chat. I was wondering though, how does private chat work now? I tried to start a private chat with Propain earlier and it never popped up.
