I posted yesterday on a sleeper thread regarding these two wide receivers and even though they tested very well but we have no clue to how they translate there abilities to the football field. How many of us have watched all there games and film ?

Even more important in my mind is there character and desire and again How do we know what type of person each of these sleepers are.

So to say take a flyer on these guys or any player (without knowing all the info above)just doesn't make much sense and in todays NFL you can find quality starters in rounds 6 and 7 and undrafted but you better do some research and know who and what your drafting.

I don't want my Dolphins saying ,
"Yeah he tested well and is very athletic so lets take a flyer on him"

We have a new and hopefully excellent scouting department that is here to do one job so there should be no need to take any flyers.

Can you imagine what the Tuna would say if one of his scouts got up in a pre draft meeting and said lets take a flyer on a certain player...I'm positive that scout would be flying right out of that room and would be flying to the local unemployment office

Every scouting department takes "flyers" on draft day. San Diegos' TE Gates was a flyer.

I wasn't saying to use a 3rd rounder on these guys, I'm saying maybe use a 6th or 7th on these guys the same way other franchises do.
