That's ridiculous. Teams need to adapt to this versus the NFL shutting it down. If a defensive player can move across the field so should a WR.
However, notice the language doesn't include backfield players. Tyreek lining up as a RB...Achane flanking out.

The game has evolved into a passing game, im surprised they didnt leave this alone since its makes for more exciting explosive offense which is what everyone wants. Yet the freaking g@y A$$ tush push is ok.

Well the league finds this play "exciting".I was just about to say ...but the butt push is still good though right?
For me I line up two back up linemen about 5 yards left and right if the line of scrimmage where the push will happen. On the snap they race in full speed and dive head first at the first set of legs (opponents preferably) they see holding up the pile. Chopping down trees is how I imagine it.
It won't stop the play but will get some people's attention.

The rule isn't stopping wrs from going in motion, just can't run forward prior to the snap.

Dolphins were very good at timing it last year.. just got away with a few here and there last year. Just making refs put more focus there..
because refs are known for holding back flags on us

That's incorrect. They could never run forward before the snap. This rule says they must be set at the snap.
Some call it “speed motion.” Some (like 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan) call it “cheat motion, because it’s cheating.”
Officially, it now is cheating.
Here’s the key sentence, added by the NFL this year to Rule 7, Article 4, Section 2 of the official playing rules: “Any eligible backfield player who changes his stance does not have to come to a complete stop prior to the snap, as long as his actions are not abrupt (false start) or forward (illegal motion).”
Per a source with knowledge of the situation, that’s directly aimed at the split-second forward movement by players in motion. The Dolphins, the 49ers, and the Rams used it last year.
“It looks hard to stop people like [Dolphins receiver] Tyreek [Hill] and [49ers receiver] Deebo [Samuel] and stuff with a running start,” Shanahan said in October 2023. “That’s usually only in the CFL. So it’s cool to get them running sideways and still find a way to hit it vertically.”
“It definitely allows us to catch the defense off guard in many ways,” Hill told reporters last September. “It definitely gives us an advantage.”

That play is part of the reason Jason Kelce retired. He wanted nothing to do with it ever again.
The league did slightly change the rule so that RB's can't line up right next to the QB and be in position to push right away. There isn't much else they can do from a rule stand point as that play is an homage to the early days of football.
