Check out the quote from Billy Turner

Starks is a total stud and one of the most underappreciated Dolphins now or ever for that matter. Quick, strong, active, great motor, plays with a chip on his shoulder. Plays the run, can rush the passer, can penetrate and hold his position. Well rounded player.

dont forget one of the best at his position in the league too

Me thinks that is the idea. I see us power running or simply running the ball a lot more this season. You have to love run blocking OL who love to punish people.

I've had this "debate" with people a number of times. IMO, most OL prefer run blocking over pass blocking. When pass blocking, you are defensive and taking hits. When run blocking, you are giving the hits and wearing them down. You want players who would rather give out punishment then take it.

While I agree we run the ball more, it won't be a power scheme though. All 5 OL will move as one, east and west so the RB can shoot the hole or find a cut back. This line is pure zone blocking. Very athletic line

Of course Starks is going to win his fair share of rounds with Turner, you're talking a seasoned pro against a ROOKIE. The key is to make steady progress

Lol I thought this was gonna be a quote from our old oline coach!

didnt he get put on his a$$ by starks today

well, starks has put more than on rookie on his arse over the years.
