The reason I bring this topic up is because Manning and Wayne are not going to come cheap. We will need help in other area's and if Taylor comes cheap and he is limited to only a 100% pass rushing,it may help

Too old?? Didn't he get something like 7 sacks as a situational pass rusher. That's excellent! If he's interested, i'd def sign him up for a million or so.
