Cheerleaders

Recently found out the Giants dont have any cheerleaders because it ''puts off'' the players? how mad?!

anyone know any other teams that dont have eye candy and what they have as a replacement? lol

I think the Giants are the only ones in the NFL. It funny, I just heard that on the radio a week or so ago too. Never knew that before.

I know the Boston Celtics in the NBA just got cheerleaders within the last few years as well. I guess it's just a traditional thing with them. Both of those franchises are really old have a lot of history and they are just a little slower to change.

There are a few teams that don't have cheerleaders. Giants, Jets, Packers, Bears...A few others I think.

Jets have them now, called the flight crew. Thay are pretty hot, in fact, the only thing I like about the Jets.

Funny thing, Jets fans were booing them at the last game.

Haha, unsurprisingly they booed both of them at the Jets-Fins game in Dec.

Do the Steelers have cheerleaders? They're the sort of team I imagine not bothering with such things.

I don't know how they put off the team though. Whilst they are quite often attractive young ladies, you would think professional sportsmen would be able to concentrate on the game regardless.
