Hey, you can go back and edit. That's a terrific feature of this forum. Other forums I post on have no editing feature, or a very limited one such as one edit only. This one allows multiple edits. Believe me, at my advancing age I screw up the spelling/grammar more than I like to concede. I abuse the edit function here.

I believe cutting Chester is a temporary move. I think he will resign at a more cap friendly price in a week or two.

Chester was fat and out of shape. We would have had to spend a roster spot on him if we kept him around. This was purely a business decision.

Chester is finished. He doesnt know his body best, he hasnt even practiced, forget about him, have a happy retirement.

I was a bit surprised to see Larry Chester released right after we had placed him on the PUP list, but I think this was the best decision to make considering his weight and his injuries, we freed up a lot of CAP in the process, so I think that we will be looking sign a few people off waivers.
