What a joke. A team with a losing record in the Arena Bowl. Just shows you how weak the American Conference was outside of Colorado, who tanked against Chicago.

What was truly stupid was the pass interference against Sippio with under a minute. Even if Sippio scores, you have time, since it's the AFL, to mount a comeback, and I don't even know that a TD was a given as D'Orazio's throw floated a bit.

Tomorrow will be fun, however, my Preds against Dallas. If our O doesn't show up, we'll lose, but still, it'll be a fun ride.

i didnt know you were an arena fan!!! i work for the sabercats - the officiating sucked -- although clevan killed us with the pass interference at the end - the officials missed the bus on james roe's catch as well as the fumble at the end of the game.

I'm kind of a newbie Arena fan...the Preds have existed since I was in grade school but I only went to my first game last year. I bought season tickets this year and it's been a lot of fun.

The officiating generally tends to be, well, iffy in the Arena games, right down to the clock operation (my team benefited in week 2 from 2 seconds ticking off the clock that should not have at the end of the game). I think they should look into Instant Replay at least in a limited fashion, although I know they're on a budget.

The games only last about 2 and a half hours, so I think maybe giving limited instant replay wouldn't bog down the game too much. After all, the AFL isn't as over-officiated as the NFL.

Is the Colorado Crush still in it? They had an Arena team here in Colorado Spring about five years ago. I got one of their footballs that a kicker shanked into the stands....they had some really hot cheerleaders too. I think Arena ball is fun to watch....all kinds of scoring.

Yeah I remember seeing the Crush owner (John Elway) smiling with his big Donkey teeth.

ahahahahaha clint dolezel is an IDIOT.

He claims it wasn't 4th down and his team got hosed.

Uh, you ran for 2 yards on first down, threw an incomplete pass on 2nd, threw it out of bounds on third to the left, and threw it out of bounds on 4th to the right.

and that wasn't 4 downs? ok I GUESS MY DVR IS LYING TO ME.

ORLANDO PREDS ARENA BOWL BOUND.

and it's all thanks to me!

I didn't know 16 year olds were allowed to stay up this late on Sundays!

calm down. i like to watch it espicially since there isnt anything on this time of the year. but stilll nobody watches it

heh I'm just messin with ya dude, no worries.

more people watch it than you'd think though.

but if nobody watched it (live or on television), why do I constantly go to the games with 13,000 other people in a non-sports town like Orlando?

Most second-tier sports don't draw crowds this large, at least not in the States.

I remember the XFL games, anytime you shouted something you could hear it echo across the field, it was so empty.

I was a Dallas Desperados season ticket holder since they started the franchise. I finally had to give my tickets up becase I moved back to San Antonio this past Fall. Anyway, I'll be in Vegas to see the Arena Bowl this weekend. I was hoping Dallas could get by Orlando so I could hopefully see them in the Arena Bowl, but so much for that :(
