Apparently Chicago has turned down the Redskins trade proposal that would have sent Lance Briggs to Washington in exchange for the sixth overall pick in the draft. Probably won't have too much of an effect on the way the draft unfolds for us, but it does nothing to hurt our chances of getting Quinn.
