I dunno. If there's not a good replacement out there, he should probably get another year.
I know the Chiefs have had an appalling record for the past few seasons but, in part, I think that's because they decided to 'clean the slate' and start over again. Some of the draft choices haven't panned out too well for them but that's where Pioli should improve things considerably.
I don't think it would be right for them to sack Herm just for the sake of it (and they won't). Although they had a terrible record last season, they showed some promise and it might be a step back to bring in a new Head Coach.
