I don't think anyone is expecting Jerry Rice-type production. After all, Carter hasn't played all year. But I firmly believe that he can perform in the same manor that Rice continues to. Maybe not this year (due to the layoff). But production was never a question last year. For a guy like Carter, talent and ability just doesn't drop off that severely in one season.

Also, we'll cross the Gadsden bridge when we come to it. Right now.....we're worrying about RIGHT NOW. That's what this team is built for.....to win it THIS YEAR. Carter would never have been an issue if OG didn't get hurt...again.

BTW - Gadsden is easily one of my favorite players. I hate to see him go.
