Chris Carter slamming Fins Top to Bottom

They should be killing us!!!! Regardless of what happened between those two players, there is something seriously wrong with our locker room environment, where it seems no other players or coaches or anybody intervened. That is if they knew there was an issue, and if they didn't know there was an issue, that is probably even worse....it speaks volumes about the cohesiveness of the team as a unit and to Philbin's ability to lead.

So are Warren Sapp and LaDanian Tomelson a good source? While they weren't slamming the Dolphins they did speak negatively about the incident. Does everyone that says the incident went to far have a agenda against the Dolphins?

As I said, I just find it interesting how the ONLY place blaming the organization is ESPN. I mean Okay I can understand blaming Philbin to some degree, but blaming Ryan Tannehill seems like a stretch.

My thing is that most are just saying that Richie took it too far. I agree. I honestly don't care who bashes the team. I just find it interesting that of all the different sports outlets, only ESPN is outwardly bashing the organization while others just kind of go "meh, Richie went to far, now Philbin just has to figure out how the team feels"

Do you know the difference between being a dick and being a racist / bully?

Lots of pro athletes are dicks. So what. That isn't new news. What Carter is talking about isn't about being a dick. It is about race, what is crossing the line, what were Martin's options and who knew what.

Again, what does this have to do with him being a dick?

I heard his rant from Monday Night Countdown. It was just full of anger and misguided notions. NO ONE is defending incognitos actions, but theres a point where you need to understand what you're saying.

He said leaders like Belichick and Parcells would not allow it. Ummm, wasn't Parcells known as a big bully coach? Also, Aaron Hernandez murdered someone under Belichicks watch, no? I mean its not belichick's fault, but you can't say the icognitio stuff is on Philibin if you make no mention that Hernandez isn't on belichick? Shouldn't he have known about Hernandezs situation?

You have to blame everybody including tannehill for sure. You think a real leader would put up with this? Marino would have squashed this day one. No honor in this locker room. For the rest of the year Im gonna call this team "Jets South". NO CLASS

Ironically hypocritical: A former junkie who couldn't control his own impulses and inner demons to the detriment of his team. He should just GFHS

i wonder what carter will say if, or when somoene asks him why so many black players on the team, even rookie black players [ritchie loves to eat him up some rookies!] has come out in DEFENSE of ritchie saying things like "we love ritchie, he is the funniest guy on the team, we miss him", etc.. .

if ritchie was a racist, that wouldnt be happening. and his FORMER team mates would be coming forward in droves if he was a racist. true racists raise their head early and often. if ritchie were a racist, this kind of thing would have popped up years ago. it didnt.

its all about lawsuits now folks. and there coming, the team, incognito, the nfl itself, all will be sued. martin has known since early last year he is not an nfl player and after being demoted to the right side, he knew his time on the team and in the nfl were short. and i am sure his or his family's attorney showed him a way to get that bright future back in his and his families bank account.

Question for everyone, is the media basing all of this reporting off of rumors? I always hear them talking about talking to their contacts, but there is no way any organization has players or personnel that go directly to the media. After hearing Mike and Mike this morning, it seems like they are really trying to hype this up even more. Another poster said something spot on, that they are giving more coverage to this than they did with the Aaron Hernandez situation. Seems very selective to me.

Your being quite inaccurate here if you think this is getting as much coverage as Aaron Hernandez was

And didn't the Great Parcells have the biggest coke head(Taylor) of all time playing the star role for him on Defense??? Why did he let him play? Didn't he know he was a coke head? If not, why didn't he know??? So, he either knew he was a crack head and let him play because he needed to win or he didn't know and didn't have the pulse of the lockeroom.

The great Belichek had a damn murderer playing for him. Didn't he know this guy was a time bomb??? How did he not know.

I'm not saying the Dolphins deserve a pass. We all want our favorite teams to always do the right thing and be model citizens. I've found over the years, if you look too hard at your sports heroes,
you going to end up disappointed at the type of person they really are.

Marino absolutely berated his OL and receivers, in nearly every game. if Martin would have been playing when Marino was he would not have made it out of his rookie year.

Very true. Thank goodness they did not have social media back then.
