I saw that Chris Clemons got some playing time today, but the only access I have to watch the game is nfl redzone. I think he has the talent to be the free safety that gerbil wilson is clearly not. How did he play, and do you guys think he can be our future ball-hawking free safety?

Well, the only playing time he got today was ST, and one play I think, in which he had the chance to make a tackle in open field to save a TD, but got a move put on him. I doubt many players could have made that tackle though. He seems to do very well at ST.

We haven't seen enough playing time of him in the defense to tell his future with us.

He's always around the ball which IMO is good. I think Clemons is the future.

That would be strange if we got another player named Sean Smith and he was a lock down corner...because we have a player named Sean Smith now, and he is ANYTHING BUT a lockdown corner. He's a weakass, soft, no instinct having prima donna.

Clemons was in for a little bit, he had a tackle and then got juked by Jacoby Jones when Sean Smith whiffed on a tackle. Honestly, anyone would have gotten juked though, Jones had an open field...One thing's for sure, Clemons would not have dropped that INT that Gerbil did. That's two now this year that Gibril had IN HIS HANDS and dropped. They guy needs to go...

honestly I havent seen clemmons make any plays on the field when he is in ! I think since gibril stinks up the place everyone wants to see clemmons because he ran a fast 40 time. if he was that good he would be starting !

Sean lock down smith....seriously ? I just hope he hits the weight room this off-season and visits the wizard of ozz for some couarge or maybe him and ginn can go together,if that doesn't work maybe they can get a group discount in a Antony Robbins session!

I want to know the brand of the blanket as well, because it had some problems covering some areas. In all seriousness he is not terrible because he has only played the position for a few years so he could get better. But he is anything from "lockdown".

Sean LockSmith and godtae davis will be the most elite CB tandem the nfl has ever seen. Offenses are going to have to run the ball 98% of the time they face us because QB's will know if they throw the ball it WILL get picked off almost all the time.
