We should recognize Chris Grier for drafting college players that are quickly becoming starters. Our free agent pickups and players acquired by trade are also lights out. I am encouraged by overall team speed and playmaking. Gase is changing the culture and building a winning team. Phins up.

Tannenbaum has learned to lay low and let the football guys do their job.
Good analysis. I'm sure you did a ton of research and know Ross well to understand how the organization and hiearchy work to reach this conclusion.

How do you know it wasn’t Tannenbaum? How do you for sure no it was all Grier? And then you say he’s “subordinate” to Tannenbaum...... I don’t get it and never will when people think they know who’s calling the shots in upper management. These posts are all opinion and not fact.

Well, unless you believe in conspiracy theories, it is well known that Chris Grier has absolute control and final say over college scouting and the draft.

He seems to work well with Gase and Tannenbaum, and it's his job to get Gase players that fit what he wants to do, but ultimately it is Grier's call.

That’s my exact point I was trying to make, that’s why I don’t say it’s just one person calling the shots. It’s a team effort with input from all of them.

I can’t stand when people blame one person for the failure just because they don’t like the guy. I’m not even a Tannenbaum fan or hater, but I’m sure he has some say in who gets drafted.

Nice to see Gesicki finally involved!
Ive been saying all off season he will be slow to get involved. hoping today he built some confidence in himself. He looks like he is running in mud, but man he gains ground. I hope they get more confidence in him to see what he can really do

Good question but count me in on the bandwagon to see Tbum leave from the time he showed up in Miami. His time with the Browns and Jets left me highly umptessed. The issue movimg forward if Gase is sucessful then how can you dismiss Tbum. I view Tbum as dead weight for the fins to suceed in the years to come. Shula won and visited the superbowl with a superior GM and back office when they left for Washington Shula simply won made the playoffs but failed to make the next step in the playoffs outside of Marinio s rookie/ sophmore year.

The speed of these new guys played such an enormous factor.

Wilson on the TD to seal the game.

Minkah catching Nelson from behind to prevent the TD (ended with the goal line stuff)

Baker catching Nelson from behind on the long reception early on. (they still scored)

Its great to see everyone flying around out there.

Also Mctyer played very well. today. This was also part of the Grier draft class.
Did he? He had an easy int that he dropped and got called for pass interference. I would say he played below average. Hopefully he gets better
