Mark Curnutte, of the Cincinnati Enquirer, reports Cincinnati Bengals rookie WR Chris Henry was arrested early Thursday, Dec. 15, in Covington, Ohio, for marijuana possession and four traffic charges. Henry was stopped for speeding, according to a prosecutor for the Kenton County Attorney's Office. Officers smelled the scent of marijuana, and Henry consented to a body and vehicle search. Two baggies of marijuana were found. Officers found two baggies of his left shoe. Henry failed to produce proof of auto insurance and had expired tags and an expired license. He was also charged with speeding. Henry posted $150 bond and was released. He will appear in court Wednesday, Dec. 28, for the traffic charges.
