Mark Curnutte, of the Cincinnati Enquirer, reports Cincinnati Bengals rookie WR Chris Henry was arrested early Thursday, Dec. 15, in Covington, Ohio, for marijuana possession and four traffic charges. Henry was stopped for speeding, according to a prosecutor for the Kenton County Attorney's Office. Officers smelled the scent of marijuana, and Henry consented to a body and vehicle search. Two baggies of marijuana were found. Officers found two baggies of his left shoe. Henry failed to produce proof of auto insurance and had expired tags and an expired license. He was also charged with speeding. Henry posted $150 bond and was released. He will appear in court Wednesday, Dec. 28, for the traffic charges.

1- You say no at a traffic stop they are allowed to do it anyway, thats the law f***** up as it may be

I saw this kid play 3 times, he was a wise @$$ and always giving the finger to people in the stands, giving cheap shots during the game!

He was one of those kids you could tell would never get his head on straight. Its a shame, because he has some mad skills! Just no brain cells!

Actually they are not allowed to do it anyway, that is why they have to ask first. If you say no, they can get pissy, but unless they have probable cause to search they have to get a warrant. If they don't, and search it anyway and find something they can still arrest you, but in court you will have it thrown out for an illegal search and you will get off.
