Anyone know of any new information on if CJ will becoming a dolphin or not? Thank you.

99.99% sure he will not be a dolphin. we dont need him

He isn't officially released by the Titans until 4:00PM today. So still almost three hours before any team can have any sort of contact with him.

The Dolphins had interest before he was released, but it is unclear if they still have interest after signing Moreno. My guess is the interest is not as strong as is it was before the Moreno signing and that it is a long shot he ends up in Miami. My guess is he will end up in New York with the Jets. Assuming Idzik isn't slow to act on another free agent.

I doubt we sign him. The Jets have a lot of cap room left to sign him to a big money contract. The most we'd be likely to sign him for is 3 to 5 million a year. the Jets will probably give him 8 to 10 million a year because Rex Ryan is on his last leg as the head coach.

There is no way the Jets are going to give him 8 to 10 million a year.

Eliminate any thoughts you have of Miami acquiring CJ. It isn't going to happen. We did our evaluation and we acquired Knowshon Moreno and may pick up a young guy in the draft.
The Jets are still in play to acquire CJ, but idzik is really really frugal and the market for 29 year old RBs has gone down significantly. Johnson was previously earning $8M/season in Tennessee but he will be lucky to get about $4M. This is now a buyers market. Also why is Tennessee so eager to cut him? Maybe it's because his best days are behind him and he's a very selfish player.

We do not need cj.Sure as my name if you could bring him here with moreno it would be serious friction between the two.

Rex Ryan has little say over the personnel now days.

lol at 8 to 10 a year....whoa...if the jets give em 2/3 of that then good riddance...
