Experienced HC. 53-43 and 6-3 in playoffs. I think we could do worse.

That record is more reflective of QBs than coach.

He had luck as his qb. If you take away the games in 2012 that Arians was coaching his regular season record goes to 44-40. Which is pretty terrible w luck as your qb.

His record is as follows: 11-5, 11-5, 11-5, 8-8, 8-8 and 4-12. The 4-12 was without Luck. Took that off his Bio. Aren't all coaches mediocre without great players? Shanahan won with Elway, McCarthy with Rodgers, Payton with Bree's. Hell we all wanted Payton a few years ago when he was having bad seasons in NO.

The first 11-5 was actually a 2-2 when he was coaching (and 0-1 in the playoffs).

Got it but his record should reflect it. If your saying it was his first year then he went 11-5 the next two. Hard to say what that first yr would be but chances are it's a winning one. His only losing season was when he had no Luck. No big deal but I like him better than a few I have seen on here. He at least knows the way to the playoffs.

Dosent he have bengal roots? If so that’s a pass for me.

Bruce Arians was the mastermind behind those teams, and they had Andrew Luck, one of the top QB prospects in the last decade. I don't recall Pagano doing particularly well without Bruce Arians.

I admit I don’t post much and you all are more hardcore than me but I’m just beaten down, broken and old after being a fan for 35 years.

Holy balls, is Pagano even in the running? This guy seems like a nice guy.
Ok but you cannot hire him. After seeing Ross’ dumbass comments earlier I can’t believe how tone deaf this guy is. What a debacle.

On a side note, I hope Dan Campbell lands a head coach job this cycle and succeeds. What a good guy and good for him to get to work in a good structure last couple years.

Being a Mets & Dolphins fan just is rough. Happy New Year to all here though. A better 2019!

Next man up. A good HC can impose his will. Injuries are part of the game. Good teams have quality backups. Pick any cliche you want. Pagani is an upgrade, but there are better upgrades
