Chudzinski & Mike Shula

Im definately ok with that esp now. i wanted Mularkey but he wasnt stupid enough to turn down a job for a chance to be our second choice

jeff darlington said we will not be interviewing chud, we interviewed him last year for off coordinator and he was not impressive during the interview.

or maybe they mad because he chose Carolina over them for the oc job.

Does anyone have faith that Ross knows what he is doing. I sure don't!!! I'm so disgusted with my dolphins. Ross sucks!!

Man up and admit if you made a mistake with Chud. Give him another interview and keep an open mind. I want innovative, and a coach with the hunger to win.

why do people assume a coach like Fisher or hell Mularkey or almost any coach is not hungry to win. nobody likes to lose

Bro there is different motivating factors like a title and making 8 million dollars. A new up and comer wants to give thanks for giving him the opportunity to lead there team to victory and establishing themselves as a NFL head coach.

To me at work I could give a crap of my title, it is that the 30 people that I am in charge of as a team we hit our numbers as a company, and are successful together.

Still dont see how a young coach is any more motivated than fisher to win a championship. im pretty sure Fisher has that aspiration. Thats like saying if your job hired a more established guy and gave him more money that he would not want to hit or improve the numbers just as much as you.
