Still dont see how a young coach is any more motivated than fisher to win a championship. im pretty sure Fisher has that aspiration. Thats like saying if your job hired a more established guy and gave him more money that he would not want to hit or improve the numbers just as much as you.

To me you have to give people opportunities to succeed, If you don't how will you know? I have given people opportunities the chance to succeed and I have president's of a company say John you were right and I was wrong. My point is what is Jeff's motivation? Will he get there with his past track record? Could we get a head coach who is the next Harbaugh?

Well his past record is his resume. Dont tell me you just hire and promote guys by saying well maybe if we give the guy an opportunity we will succeed .Im sure the guys earn their opportunities based on thier record as a worker not what you think they might be regardless of their work record.

How many superbowls has Jeff been to? He had a lot of talent there when he was there and what did he do with it? Do you love re-tread coaches?
