CJ Spiller for Heisman

What a SHOW this kid is putting on in front of the country.

19 carries for 230 yards rushing and 4 TD's.

With Tebow and McCoy not doing much today . . . and the dud that Ingram put up last week . . . I think Spiller may be the front runner all of a sudden.

Clemson leading now in the 4th quarter . . . what a game.

Yep, but its like a pitcher getting an MVP award . . . or Polamalu getting an MVP . . . just not likely. Hard to give the Heisman to somebody that doesn't touch the ball that often.

McCoy just locked it up. It's the best player on the "best" team. A popularity contest. Spiller doesn't stand a chance.

Yea u are probably right . . . if Clemson would have found a way to win at the end . . . I truly think CJ would have gotten a serious push.

Its looking like Ingram or McCoy.

 

[Vertical Limit]

I want Spiller in Miami. If the Vikings can draft Percy even with Peterson, I think other teams will take Spiller in a heartbeat to get that type of explosiveness in their offense. Too bad we have so many other needs. I think Spiller can do it all, return kicks, play in the slot, run from the backfield, etc. Just like Percy. He would be an awesome addition to the wild cat package. I've been on his bandwagon all season long.
