When will we know if we claimed anybody. Is it 24 hrs or more?

When will we know if we claimed anybody. Is it 24 hrs or more?

I think you have to wait 24-hours to sign people to the practice squad that you waived. But, I'm not sure exactly how it goes in the first 24-hours for other teams. My guess is that we can sign somebody that was waived from another team within the 24-hours as long as teams ahead of us in the waiver order pass on the player.
