Clay injured?

Just heard from a guy who was there. He said Clay was actually being worked on right in front of him. Trainer lifted Clay's leg, stretching, etc. Then Clay rolled to his side and then got up and started moving around. Then he started jogging / running up and down the sideline.
He didn't keep an eye on him after that so it sounds like it was nothing too concerning. I'm sure he didn't return because, well, what's the point in a scrimmage really? I would say a cramp or some sort of tightness and he would probably have returned in a regular game.
 
Dodged a real bullet there...bent over backwards in a pile usually means disaster

Is he sure it was Clay and not another player? Because reports are it was his knee, and they had an ice pack on it. I'm sure it's not too serious, but getting your knee banged up is different than a cramp.
 
Wasn't a cramp, got bent up and turned out it didn't snap.
 
Perhaps a solving lining if he missed some practice time is who will step up behind him, Looks like Sims took advantage. Will Hoskins get a shot in a like for like role?

Sorry about that. I didn't see the scrimmage so the cramp part was just my guess based on what he said. If he got bent then I guess a simple cramp is out. The guy I talked to didn't mention ice, but since he said it was right in front of him, I would think he could see who it was fairly well. At least what he says fits with other reports which make it sound like it was not too serious.
