Clay,Odrick,Jones...

Oddrick is the only one IMO that has a real shot at becoming a pro bowler...

Clay is a good player but he is not Elite enough to make the pro bowl...but then again anything can happen and he could become and alternate...But I dont think he has the size and or speed to be a force like that in this league...

and Jones Supermarkbros is right.....Jones has to become a decent starter at first.

Long, Porter, Brown?

imo clay will have his chance to be elite and can be at his poss. what ive seen of clay if he continues to get better , it will be that no LB will be wanting to even line up with him. and imo i think clay has a bigger window for improvement than odrick has , and as for jones i havent seen enough of him either to even speculate on him but he needs to become a starter before we can send him to the probowel.

My pick to have a break out probowl year would be Dansby. He came into camp in great shape (not like last year) and in the middle of a 4 /3 should be everywhere making tackles. Maybe a Zach Thomas like 120 tackle year with a few sacks and int's.
i think he finally earns the big bucks we are paying him.

Not true, in fact the Dolphins have sent at least 3 players to the Pro Bowl the past four seasons.

2011 - Long, Soliai, Marshall
2010 - Long, Wake, Starks, Denney
2009 - Long, Bell, Carpenter
2008 - Long, Brown, Porter

In 2007, only Jason Taylor made the Pro Bowl.

2006 - Taylor, Thomas
2005 - Taylor, Thomas, Chambers
2004 - Taylor, Surtain
2003 - Ogunleye, Marion, Surtain, Thomas
2002 - Bowens, Madison, Marion, Surtain, Taylor, Thomas, Williams
2001 - Madison, Thomas
2000 - Armstrong, Izzo, Madison, Marion, Ruddy, Taylor, Thomas

The Dolphins have sent at least one player to the Pro Bowl for the past 14 years and 30 of the past 31 seasons.
Technically Soliai wasn't voted in he was an injury replacement and if you want to say "yeah but he still went" then you can take Jake Long off the list cause he didn't go. Long actually hasn't played in a pro bowl since his rookie season because of injury but he was voted in.

Once they are selected, whether it is the initial roster or as a replacement, they get credit for being a Pro Bowl player for that season. Long gets credit last season and so does Soliai.

Jones didn't do **** last year when he had his chance. Maybe Ordrick and that's about it as far as pro bowler. Clay can't even stay healthy!

Jones a pro bowler? Lets pump the brakes and hope he becomes a capable starter first.

Truer words have not been spoken. I think jones needs to worry about making the team first. The kid doesn't understand pursuit angles so he ends up taking a lot of false steps. I liked having Clemons back there more.
