There have been bad seeds planted here for years, and instead of getting rid of them, they keep peeing on them, and helping them grow. Fire everyone on the coaching staff, and front office. They kept the GM/Hemorrhoid from the previous regime, and here we are again with a mediocre team, that will likely be sitting at home with their thumbs up their ass come playoff time. Now we gotta deal with another national embarrassment with the Martin situation to top it all off. Does anyone seriously feel like keeping anyone after this latest debacle? Does anyone seriously think that this piece of flaming garbage that calls itself a "team" will get anywhere near a Super Bowl as currently constructed?
 
I think its a done deal. Ross is a lot of things, and not all of them good, but he loves this team and I can bet he's never been this embarrassed in his life.
 
I'm with both of you. Enough is enough already. Big mistake firing just Tony and keeping Ireland. Should've got rid of both when they had the chance.

Agreed. A "one and done" playoff game like in 2008 won't make me any happier. Hell, even if by some miracle they manage to make it to the second round, it won't be enough for me.
 
Should have given the keys to Mike McCoy.
 
I can't believe we've crossed that bridge but I agree. I don't believe this front office or this coaching staff has what it takes to become Champion organization. Look at what has happened in Indianapolis, Kansas City, Seattle, San Francisco, ect. These are winning programs now... We have been at this for over a decade. If you cannot implement a winning mentality early and this type of crap starts to happen, then you are the problem.

Philbin nor Ireland will be fired this season. Ireland just got a new deal, for better or for worse, you think Ross likes throwing away millions of dollars?

I'm also saving this thread to my favorites for when Philbin takes us to the playoffs.
