Clean house... AND DO IT RIGHT THIS TIME!

I am ready to give up on them all. Fire them both. Fire them all. No one in this draft is making an impact except for a 5th round kicker. Philbin would rather clean up gum wrappers and rid this team of leaders and stand up guys like Bush, Burnett, and Dansby rather than policing HIS locker room and Incognito. Not to mention this supposed offensive guru has an offense in the bottom half of the league AGAIN. No need to keep around dead weight. Start fresh, rid yourselves of the losers.

That's nice... I've spent the better part of my morning trying to defend Philbin, not even going to bother anymore.

If some of you think a complete turnover is in order after a year and a half that is your prerogative. Not the way you build a winner. You are overreacting and you don't know football if you don't think this team has gotten better under Philbin.

I can't wait till we completely clean house, coach too, and we have 3 straight under .500 seasons and everyone starts yelling to clean house again.

You keep cleaning house until you get it RIGHT! There's no such thing as prolonged rebuilding in the NFL. The right people in the right places can take a team from $hit to sugar in one simple off-season.

Philbin hasn't proven squat in the league thus far other than the fact that he is an average to below average head coach. His record speaks for itself.

Gruden was ran outta Tampa for consistent losing and treating his players with disrespect. One might even say bullying. Yeah, he's the answer. Fans are simply clueless.

this time i agree with OP. Even Pouncey was part of the hazing?? one of your better players is part of the problem? wtf. Fire everyone including Philbin. I dont see anything special about Philibin anyway.

Bring in Bill Cowher.. we need someone who demands respect and leadership like (sad to say) Bill Bellicheck

Just like Sparano took us from 1-15 to 11-5? Just like that huh?

Everyone needs to go and then Ross needs to go to green bay and new England and look at every aspect of their front office and copy what they do.

from the scouts to the trainers. Everyone needs to go

Copying New England's 'say nothing ever' strategy has not worked real well for our front office the last few years...

... just saying.

He hired one of the main people in the Green Bay organization. Now you want Ross to fire him and go back there for more? Your plan makes sense...

Fire everyone please. Once again we're a national punchline. If what Incognito Sr. is implying, that the coaching staff and front office KNEW that Martin had issues and attempted suicide, and let this thing fester without nipping it in the bud...they are culpable. ALL of them.

How would he know any of that?

Get David Shaw in here please.

I think its a done deal. Ross is a lot of things, and not all of them good, but he loves this team and I can bet he's never been this embarrassed in his life.

You are probably right, but keep in mind that Ross decided to keep Ireland and his personal endorsement has greatly contributed to this mess. Ross bears some responsibility too in all of this, now let's see what kind of leader HE is. If this is true he should immediately come out publically and condemn whoever was responsible. After hearing Adam Shefter this morning I believe it will come out that the organization knew about this crap for awhile and ignored it. Even worse, Incognito was considered a team leader by this coaching staff. Starting to sound a lot worse than some basic hazing of rookies. If it's true that the leadership knew about this and turned a blind eye, then they should all be fired immediately and install Coyle as the interim coach for the rest of the season. Losing is one thing, but lack of character and integrity is another.

New England cheated for God's sake! Ross should not use them as a model for anything. How about San Fran or Denver's organization? Those are better models in my opinion.

Better yet. Joe Philbin, Jeff Ireland and Jim Turner must do the right thing and resign. How many of you out there really believe they knew nothing about this? I think they did. And since Martin's family is filled with Lawyers, the longer these clowns stay, the worst it could get for this organization. I expect a major lawsuit here.
