Haden't seen this posted yet, so I thought I would. Roger Clemens makes his MLB debut tonight against Minnesoda. Just wondering how he will do? He has really looked good his last 3 outtings in the minors, but will that continue now that he is back in the big show? Thoughts.

He'll pitch relatively well, but I think he's going to get saddled with the loss. The young sensation Francisco Liriano is going for Minnesota, and if it wasn't for Jonathan Papelbon, Liriano would be running away with the AL ROTY.

All I know is I drafted Clemens in every fantasy league in the very late rounds. Come Roger, give me six innings, 1-2 ER you *******.

I still can't believe he he didn't come to Fenway... Staying in Houston is a big mistake. Another year of 2-1 losses. In Boston he would a good offense and Papelbon. What a *******.

Clemens is the golden boy of ESPN. They replaced an entire sportscenter show with his minor league game the other day

I grabbed Roger Clemens before anyone else could take him in Fantasy Baseball League....hope he works out well.....my pitching has sucked.

yeah, I watched it. He looked good, but it was against a team of guys that will probably never play in the MLB

I kinda wonder how much gas Clemens has left in the tank. Don't get me wrong, I'm a fan of the rocket, but I kinda think him coming back was a mistake. But I don't blam him, whats he getting, like $22 mil for the rest of the season. Don't blame him at all.
But watching him in those minor league games on ESPN, he didn't look like he could compete in the MLB. Yeah he had a few strike outs, but I kinda chalk those up to fear, and intimidation of the batters. I know if I was in the box and a legend like the Rocket was pitching, Id be nervious as hell. The hits he gave up in those 3 games were big hits, so he showed he is still vulnerable (sp?). But who knows. I just know the batters in MLB are way better than the ones he has faced so far this season.
I kinda wonder if he will get any wins this season. I wonder how much help he will get. I'm excited to see him on the mound tonight. Hopefully I wrong

liriano is going to outshine him. quote me.
Preformance or hype? I mean this is his first start (5innings, 2 ER not bad) and Liriano is pitching vs. the Astros... Not much of an accomplishment.
