yep....we snuck into a new years day bowl game...:)....maybe next year we can do something :) even though we were predicted to do something this year....CJ Spiller will be back...

Yeah, we knew we weren't getting there without knocking off North Carolina State. More than likely, we'll end up in San Francisco. I looked today and the cheapest flight I could get was a red eye flight on Christmas for a total of $385. Ugh.

Currently, the Champs Sports Bowl in orlando is holding up the selection process. I think they're going to hold off to see who the loser of the ACC title game is. traditionally, the loser of the title game goes to the Chick-fil-a Peach Bowl but they've choosen Georgia Tech for obvious reasons.

We could still end up in Nashville and would probably play Vanderbilt but I think it's a longshot. Obviously I'm praying for Nashville lol. I think the Meineke Car Care Bowl in Charlotte takes North Carolina and West Virginia. Our only other option would be the EagleBank Bowl in Washington DC if, and only if, the Emerald Bowl passes on us. However, I'm hearing that the Emerald Bowl would be very satisfied with the Hurricanes.

Don't forget Boise. I went to the last game we played up there. Cold as hell.

Yeah, Boise is another possibility. I priced out flights, etc., for that game you're talking about but bailed in the end. I just couldn't justify spending New Year's Eve in Boise effing Idaho.

Believe it or not, it's actually not too bad. The Downtown rolls at night.

SF isn't too bad, the stadium is beautiful, the only problem is the cold breeze off of the bay at night.

Can't wait to hear the news.
