As I am observing your childish rants for Brady Quinn and Ryan Khalil, I observed you fine young ladies have yet to give Cleo Lemon a chance? I am not a Cleo Lemon fan or homer, but I have to admit last season he did impress me. The Colts game he scored 22 points, and that should have been enough to defeat the Colts if Miami's D could hold them. I guarantee if Cleo Lemon's name was Vince Young, and he gave that type of performance against Indy and NYJ(in the half), you all would be clamoring for him as the season starter. However, he is Cleo Lemon, and an undrafted player coming out of college. He was a nobody, who went to the Chargers, and was 3rd string behind Drew Brees and Phillip Rivers. Now, of course they would get the nod over him, its politics, and they are better ball players thus far.( that was to refute your nonsenical statements about Cleo being a career 3rd stringer). Then he comes here, and he is behind Daunte and Joey. Of course he will not get the nod, for it is politics, and Saban could not throw 2 players he heftly invested into under the bus and put a Cleo Lemon in the game. However, as time progressed, Cleo got his shot and he did well enough to warrant a shot at the starting job this year, and at least get a chance from the Phin Fans.

idk why all the hype of Cleo Lemon...he must be garbage or they would have seen him in training camp or preseason and if he was good enough he would have had a shot 2 start, but he didnt..only at the end of the season when Saban was fed up with Harrington, and i believe that C-Pep can sitll be an ok qb...not as good as 2004, but still dcent if he can actually recover and rehab his knee

I would give Cleo a chance. He was actually a great spark at the end of last season. As far as I'm concerned, Culpepper still needs to prove himself worthy of the faith and money we put into him. We'll just do what we've done since Marino left......have a QB battle in pre-season and see who wins out.....

Well guess the coaches will get a good look at him, since he and Beck are the only ones able to practice right now, and Cleo was working with the 1st team.

yes, cleetus lemon is the answer....and, if not him, there is always marcus vick.
