I cannot believe people here actually want this guy to start for us this weekend. Miss Cleo has done absolutely nothing to earn a starting opportunity here. To even suggest that he even plays makes me shake my head. How can people be that ignorant?? That's worse than people calling for Ray Lucas to start over Fiedler!!!! WTF are we coming too when people start calling for MISS CLEO to start??

Don't worry. He won't see the field.

Oh I'm not worried that he'll see the field, but that's part of my point. Why would anybody think that he would?? Marino has a better chance than CLEO does.

He never did anything of note in college either.
There is absolutely nothing the guy has done to merit any expectations above backup status.

That's ignoring the obvious problem that he wasn't here during training camp, could not possibly have a fluid knowledge of the system and certainly won't have any timing or rapport with any of the receivers.

Why anyone thinks he should touch the field is a mystery to me as well.

Welcome to the message board of Finheaven.....Where everyone is a better GM, Coach, Playcaller, and last but not least very intelligent...
The funniest thing is that some of the moderators are encouraging posts like that...I saw one moderator with a picture of a bench and Chambers and Frerotte next to it...I know Chambers is not a # 1 receiver, but that whole idea of benching him shows me the kind of people using the message board.

I agree 100%

The man has done nothing in this league, hes been here like 3 weeks, he is the 3rd string QB... and people want him to start. :shakeno:

Where has anyone on here asked for Cleo to start? I haven't seen it.

Just read a couple of threads, it won't take you long to see em.

Saban said in his PC today that he really doesn't care where your from or what you did, he's more concerned with were you are now. If Gus can't throw and Sage gets rocked on his first play, guess who's leading your offense. It's ok we're 3-6. Shouldn't we see him play before we conclude he sucks or couldn't start in the NFL.

we burnt a 6th on him...i know a 6th isnt really great ..but you never know he could be something

That message should appear on the screen whenever someone enters the Finheaven message board. It is so true, it's not even funny.

yep a 6th wasn't that great for the Pats neither, that QB of theirs really sucks....;)

people are just desperate for some better QB play and he is the unknown at this point. they are hoping for a miracle, but they just wont get it. the move wasnt to GET cleo lemon as much as it was to DROP Feely. i feel bad for Cleo having to be stuck in this situation because from what i've heard of him he seems like a stand up guy, but unless there is an injury, he wont see the field in a dolphins uniform.

I agree, Feeley-Lemon trade was a matter of cap hit, but we also must be realistic about the remote possibility of using Lemon if Gus and Sage would be out, no one thought Brooks Bollinger would take a snap this (or any) season.
