man!!!! I love winning. but u know what hurts me inside? its all theses close games. I really think every time we have a close game, we lose years off our lives. im not kidding. like I feel like im going to puke my lungs out and I hate it. like I said I love when we win but just having close games hurts. I wish we could go into games and just smash the opponents. that would be off the hook. I know raiders our a crappy team, and we play like crap against crappy teams, but I hope we just smash this team real bad cause I don't want to keep losing years off my life with these close games.
GO DOLPHINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.S. I have a feeling we r in for another close one :-(
 
So if you loose years off of your life with a close win, what happens when they have a close loss?
 
After games like Denver, Houston, Seattle, I'm worn out. I usually am so tired I fall asleep watching the following game. If we lose big i'm good or if we win big. like the NE game, I was good, but close games I actually sleep more after.
 
I sleep after every game, But I think it has more too do with drinking 8-9 beers. That is one thing though, the closer the game the more I drink.
 
when we lose close games, I just feel empty inside. like im the last person on earth. I lose vision for aabbout 15 seconds. and then I go to sleep. I then wake up with a headache. maybe ill puke dependding on the amont of beer I drank. yeah that's what happens. nothing cures a broken heart.

hey, Drama Queen relax a bit
 
Well as much as i don't like close games i think its critical to our confidence that we have won a couple close ones. To turn that corner we have to learn to win like we did last week.
 
As others have mentioned, the patriots had a lot of close ugly wins against teams they should've easily dominated in the past. Every great team faces adversity and usually comes out ahead. Are we great yet? no, but we are a better team than anything we've assembled in the last 5 years.
 
It's funny my wife and I were having this conversation on the way home Sunday, and even though it stresses the hell outta us in the close games, there is something to be said for that excitment you feel on that last drive...
