not a problem.. it's not hard to double check your info before beating your chest on finheaven and spreading misinformation...

I have no idea how many of brandons balls were uncatchable.. but since you set a precedent that every ball thrown that wasnt' dropped or caught was uncatchable... it looks like we can just carry over the same ratio of drops per attempts to clyde gates.. which roughly gives you gates dropping 11.75 balls if he were to recieve 141 targets...

so I'll ask again.. what point was it you were trying to make?

The ones you just helped me make.

That C Gates only had 12 passes thrown to him all season and the overwhelming amount were not able to be caught.
 
You have to throuw slants and screen passes to this kid so he can get some YAC. He does need to learn the route tree as well. I think we will coach him up. I think Wallace gets cut.

Wallace and Moore were wastes of roster space anyway
 
ALl of Marshall's balls were un-catchable ... just ask him, he'll tell you( if he had a QB he would have been leauge MVP). As far as Gates goes the previous regime did not know how to use the veteran players we had, much less the rookies. If anybody should get a pass it's Gates.
 
Maningham catches one big pass this year and now he is the industry standard? How many teams are beating the doors down to sign that diva.

Who is "they"? I only mentioned C Gates in that post.

While you are sitting in front of your PC, google me this: (this one is about Brandon Marshall)

How many TDs did B Marshall catch and how many did he drop?

I think you are forgetting the QBs that threw to them, the passing offensives that they were in and the "Black Hole" of Brandon Marshall that took most of the passes away from all of those WRs.

For instance, D Bess did not become less of a WR, he simply lost passes to B Marshall.
 
This dude is essentially a rookie. We know nothing about him except he's fast.
 
Except for the fact that bess didnt really lose targets to marshall. You would know this if you actually watched the Games or at the very least did some research. Other than coming up with clever one liners to dis marshall. You see the fact of the matter is in 2010, marshal had 146 targets, followed. By 141 in 2011. Bess had 122 in 2010, and 85 in 2011. So bess drops damn near 40 targets, and you say its marshals fault when in reality his targets dropped! ? Reggie bush, fasano and gates are the ones taking targets. There were actually even a few games where bess was tied for or led the team in targets. On top of thd fact that with the exception of marshals rookie year, he had more targets every year in denver than head averaged. In miami. Carry on hemmoraghing misinformation though, whatever it takes to convince yourself marshalls production wont be sorely missed
