C'mon man! It was 1 game!

Lets see how many times we hear, it's just one game this year. Heard it 9 times last year, and 9 times the year before. That line is getting a little played out in Dolphin land.

Maybe it is and maybe I should have titled the thread as "it was one game, the first game, against arguably the best coach/gameplanner/adjuster, best QB, & probably the best REGULAR season team in the last 5+ years". I was just trying to point out that with a few plays made here and there and it's a 1 score game in the fourth quarter. What else did you want? Playing in a NEW offense that had to be installed in a month and a half against a team with a proven system installed for years. We were also without our top backup running back and our line just played it's first game together.

Let's see what happens Sunday.

It's not panic time but "just one game" effects a lot. Effects playoff seeding and effects who makes the playoffs. It was also a division game. It was more than just "one game".

I know that everyone is upset but it was only one game against the team with the best record in the NFL
last year and the 1st unanimous NFL MVP in the HISTORY of the award. Did you expect them to get worse? They are like any other team, they try to improve in the offseason. I thought that we played well with a new system and I like our flashy new offense. I think we had over 6 plays of 20+ yards last night. I would love to see how many games it took us to get there last year.
Anyway, I believe that things are looking up. (maybe after the Texans game, I'll have a different feeling)

Lets put it this way. Its just one game, thats how many home games we won in the last 12.... That explains it better.

God is that what we are...1/12 at home? We lost the last four the year prior? I don't even want to check, that is sad.

My big concern is that Houston can do alot of the same things on O that the Pats can. Obviously they don't have Tom Brady but Schaub to Owen Daniels and Andre Johnson is nothing to take lightly. They can also run the **** out of the ball... Our D better wake up fast otherwise we're in for a repeat of week 1.

Yes just 1 game... a game that said a lot about this team... a game that just proves to me that this team is heading for a 2-14 season.
